3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on orders over ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout.

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee if your package arrives in any of the following conditions:

• Bottle or cap is damaged, cracked, or leaking upon arrival.
• Wrong product or quantity delivered.
• Tampered outer safety seal.

2. How to Request a Return / Replacement

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank / UPI / Card) within 3 to 5 working days.
